Aerial Update and TV Wall Mount Mike and his son, were brilliant. Great to be able to use a genuinely local company. Mike phoned me within a few hours of putting in my email query. He was able to give me a price over the phone for the standard change to my satellite to make it compatible with Freesat. He gave me options to book Next day or next week and I jumped at getting it done straight way. Once they arrived they assessed my TV mounting and gave me 2 options to mount either with or without visible cables. I went with the hidden. Well a couple of hours later it was on the wall, cables neatly hidden and all tidied, they even helped my re-locate my furniture. Great service, lovely and friendly to deal with. Many thanks

Professional and friendly service I rang Aerial Services to install and wall mount my new 65″ Sky Glass TV. I spoke to Mrs Cummings, she took all my details and Mike rang me back ten minutes later. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I felt confident he would do the job properly. He explained what was required, gave me a price and we arranged a day for him to come and do it. He rang me the day before to confirm.

Mike and his son wall mounted my TV and I am delighted with the result. It looks like a picture hanging on the wall. You would never know they had opened up the wall to do it, the finished job is immaculate. And all within a couple of hours’ work.

Excellent Service I contacted Mike to help fix an aerial for my elderly parent who was having difficulties operating Virgin TV with two remote controls, to allow the TV system to be simplified. Mike managed to fit me in quickly, he understood the urgency to get this sorted for the user. Mike and his son Mike turned up as agreed, they were both cheerful and polite. They immediately identified what needed to be done and got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. When the works were complete, they checked all the tv channels and talked the user through it. This Company is very reasonably priced and the bill was lower than expected – so win win !!

Definitely not a cow boy! I sent an enquiry via email and got a very quick response, despite it being out of usual working hours. I had a call from Mike the next day, who was very helpful and to be honest did himself out of a job! As he could have quite easily fobbed me off (as others have tried) and told me I need this and that, but he didn’t. And as a single mum I really appreciated his advice and not ripping me off! So so helpful and friendly Recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending these two super guys. A neighbour had had another contractor who suggested all sorts of complicated solutions to the problem of the blocking of the main signal by a building from the transmitter. Mike and his son arrived just tested the signal before even going in the loft, made all the positive noises and once they had gone in the loft confirmed that the signal had improved since last tested by another contractor and within an hour had with no fuss installed a new aerial and programmed my TV s and digiboxes and I now get the full freeview transmissions. I am so pleased with their advice and service. Wouldn’t now use anyone else.

Loss of Signal My 85 year old mum was losing signal and TV stations and it needed sorting. Called Aerial Services who came within 2 days. Got the problem sorted really quickly and now all stations are restored and signal is top notch. Mike and son (Mike) both really friendly and super helpful. Mums happy so I’m happy. Thanks.

Delighted I called Mike following a visit from another TV aerial engineer, who told me that our signal was too weak and that we needed new equipment to be installed before our aerial could be reconnected. Less than 24 hours later, Mike and his son have established that the signal is fine and have reconnected our aerial and we have the full suite of Freeview channels, without the additional expense of a new aerial. Absolutely delighted with the responsive and friendly service.

Fantastic service delivery Mike and Michael removed an existing wall mounted TV and soundbar with subwoofer and installed a new, larger replacement TV, soundbar and subwoofer which I’d purchased. This involved the removal of the existing bracket and replacement with a stronger flexible bracket and making good of the wall below the TV as the new soundbar is less bulky. From my initial online request, Mike’s response by phone/text/email was super quick and despite being something of a Luddite myself, I found them both very easy to discuss the technical matters with. As other customers have noted, they are very knowledgeable – not only re TV and aerial installation but also re internet etc. I have no hesitation in recommending their business and I plan to use them again to rationalise our electrical systems and install either 4G or satellite internet when my current broadband contract expires. I was very happy to leave them in the house unattended whilst I went to an appointment. I wish all businesses gave such great service and were so easy to deal with!

Exceptional service Terrific same day service from a truly honest company. Having moved house I found a ‘no signal’ message on the tv. Looking at the very old aerial I expected hundreds of pounds to get a replacement. Mike arrived within two hours and very politely and with total integrity and honesty told me the problem was my lack of ability in tuning my tv and no replacement was necessary. Diligent fast service Job was to put 2 43in TVs on the wall. Although it cost a little more, the service to embed the cabling and power supply was opted for and the results are well worth the money. So pleased with their service. I contacted them Saturday to do an estimate on fitting an aerial in my new house I’m the kitchen/diner as Cavanna hadn’t fitted one 🙁 Mike texted me back straightaway to say he would contact me first thing Monday to advise time of arrival Monday which he did. Superb ***** Service & Great Value From my first contact with Mike Cummings, he responded in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Mike kept in contact and gave me, first of all, the day they were coming and then on the day, the time they would arrive and were punctual. Mike and his son Michael were great; they were a good team who worked really well together and fitted a new LNB Quad (not the long nosed one) in the dish as we had lost many TV channels after a heavy rainstorm. Michael also renewed a couple of cable mounts which had previously kept falling out. It was a joy to be with them, even though it was for such a short time, as they got everything working so quickly and thoroughly tested afterwards. Really good value too. I would recommend the company to anyone. Looking forward to using them again soon.

Aerial Services Mike Cummings Mike and his brother rocked up to replace all our aerial cables and other electrical boxes etc (water in the system and down through the cables) on the day after we had asked for his help. These two were the best double act (comedians!) I have seen for years! lots of laughter and joshing. Just as important however they efficiently did what Mike considered one of the most challenging jobs he had done for years ‘worst’ was the printable word he used! My wife and I now are so pleased to have our tellies (yes we have more than one….) back in the knowledge that no more fiddling with the behind tv electrics to get a signal will be required. Great service Great service from Aerial Services. Living in the sticks and failing to even get a response from Fibre suppliers about a better internet than BT ( 1.3mb download and non existent upload). Surrounded by trees the only place for our Starlink was the top of a very high chimney. Mike easily scaled the chimney, did a beautiful job hiding the cable and we now have super fast broadband and live streaming in 4K. Highly recommend! ( this is the third time we have used them)

Reliable And Honest Service. I bought a TV at one of the country’s biggest electrical retailers, it was too big to fit on a table comfortably. So I had to order an expensive TV wall bracket and installation (from the same retailer) to be fitted to the wall so the TV could be secured. No problem, or so I thought! The retailer kept me waiting for over 2 weeks, missed installation dates, and fobbed me off with excuses. Finally, I had had enough and decided to find an independent TV installer, I am pleased I did. I called Mike Cummings on Friday afternoon and explained the situation. He advised me that I had paid too much for the TV bracket and installation and that I should try to get my money back from the nationwide retailer. He said he would be out to my address on Monday, he also kept in close contact via telephone to find out exactly what my needs were. True to his word Mike and his Son were at my address on Monday morning, they knew exactly what needed to be done. They supplied me with a new TV bracket, the installation was quick and looks great. They even tidied up after!! I highly recommend them for any TV (electrical) needs as these guys are easy to talk to and really seem to know their business. I even saved £40 by using this independent service vs the big retailer. Very happy.

Highly recommend, great guys! We are so pleased with the work that Mike and his son Michael did in our house today, it was a complex installation due to where the original sockets were placed in our new build and with us wanting the wires completely hidden, and they have done an amazing job – the TV looks absolutely brilliant up on the wall and there are no wires in sight! I really do admire their patience to get the wires through our complicated walls and to the original socket. They also installed an aerial up in our loft at the same time, and the price was really reasonable for it all. Both Mike and his son were really friendly, and very respectful of our house, which is hard to come by these days! I would highly recommend them, and we will certainly be having them back in the future!

Tv wall mount I asked Mike to mount our lounge TV on the wall. A high level double plug socket was installed which meant the electric wire and Sky tv cable were hidden within the wall. The Sky Q box is now also hidden behind the tv. All necessary equipment was provided by Mike. Very efficient & tidy work – would highly recommend. Thanks again Mike.

Starlink Install – top quality install, exceptional service. Mike and his son came and installed my Starlink. I can not rate the two highly enough. They arrived at the time they stated, they were both very friendly and professional, very easy to get along with and enjoyable to talk to whilst they completed the installation. TV on wall in a jiffy! Great job finished quickly Aerial Services (Mike and Mike!) were contacted yesterday about mounting our Smart TV onto the wall and extending the cables to allow for the move. The job was done by lunchtime today! Top stuff. We’ve had Mike and his son Michael here now for 2 different jobs. Todays was to fit a 49 inch TV on a swinging bracket. Their expertise was first class, advice the same and they even took the pride in their work to another level, by refusing to fit a dodgy bracket that we were provided with. They got a new bracket the same day and we love our new set up. Certainly would recommend.

Helpful and successful call out My elderly Mother was at a loss without her TV! Mike & Mike of Aerial Services called the following day and diagnosed what was at fault and after a cup of tee & coffee left us with a fully working system replacing a faulty HD Skybox. What’s Not To Like Was helping my daughter get things sorted in a new house. Absolutely Faultless Service I contacted Mike via his website yesterday evening; he called me at 0800h this morning to discuss my issues with TV reception. Luckily, due to having a local appointment, he was able to come to my home in Teignmouth today. As promised, Mike called to notify me of when he would arrive (about 1000h) and was bang on time. Both Mike and his son were incredibly professional in their demeanour and attitude; great respect was also demonstrated as they removed their footwear without having to be asked. They wasted no time in ascertaining the root cause of the issue (aerial needed repositioning) and were able to quote me for the job there and then. Despite having the opportunity to try and sell me a replacement aerial, Mike explained that my current installation is relatively decent and there is no need for it to be replaced. Job well done We had ordered Sky-Q and the Sky engineer would not do the necessary work on our aerial because it was ‘challenging’ to get at. Mike and his team sorted our Sky aerial issues to our complete satisfaction. Our communication was initially via e-mail followed by phone calls. They attended the following day to do the work – job done. No fuss, down to earth and good humoured.I would certainly recommend Mike to anyone.

Simply the best!! This is a professionally run family business with excellent service from the first phone call to discuss my needs, to the visit to assess and fix the problem. They considered the options carefully and discussed these with me before fitting an internal attic aerial and retuning the attic bedroom TV. Their work is clean and tidy, they are a pleasure to have in the house, and I would not hesitate to use them again, but doubt I shall need to. I recommend them highly. Very pleased with work carried out by this company Mike Cummings & his son ran an aerial lead from our loft to our kitchen & fitted a TV with bracket to our wall. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

You can’t go wrong with professionals! I needed to have an existing Sky dish removed because it was corroded and the LNB had failed. Contacted Aerial Services, spoke to Mike who gave me an idea of the cost. Said I also wanted to receive another European satellite – no problem for Mike, and, he gave me an idea of the total cost for the complete job. Sent him a photo of the existing installation so that he could see better what was involved. We agreed on a time and date for the work.Mike phoned me on the day to let me know exactly what time he would arrive. He appeared on time and had his son with him (also Mike) and they got on with things and made a really professional job. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable people My first contact with Aerial Services; just a small job (provision of one extra TV point). I received an immediate response to my initial telephone enquiry, followed by a personal visit shortly after. Having reviewed the task, offered me some useful technical advice (and a reasonable quote), the work was carried out there and then. An hour or two later the task was completed, with little fuss or disturbance. All in all an excellent experience, couldn’t ask for more than that. Super fast service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely first class service. I rang Mike at 8.30 last night about a problem i was having with a new Freesat box, and by 10.30 next morning Mike and his colleague had been to fix the problem. Excellent, Superb, Efficient service Was desperate to get my parents tv fixed whilst I visited them at the weekend. After an email sent late in the evening, I had a brilliant early call back the next morning and Mike attended the house 930am that same day. Quickly found the issue and fixed the problem with a few jokes along the way. What lovely people and excellent service. I would always now recommend them and I appreciate their help very much .

Fantastic service. We were moving into our new house and sky tv were unable to fit our dish for at least 3 weeks. We rang Aerial Services and the father and son team, Mike and Michael Cummings turned up on the same day of calling and had it fitted in no time at all, in a nice discrete position. Does what it says on the tin I had already employed Ariel services in my house at Lympstone, so when my elderly mother’s TV’s picture was poor, I had no hesitation in calling Mike at Ariel Services. Thankfully, Mike does a same day call out service if rung early, so I called him at 8am and sure enough he arrived just after lunch. Mike quickly diagnosed a bad connection which he fixed within minutes and charged me a lot less than I expected. Mum was very happy as she relies a lot on the TV and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike and Ariel Services to anyone who has any issues.

Excellent installation We called out Aerial Services to install satellite and tv equipment to every room in our 12 bedroom guest house. Mike is a real STAR! Mum had managed to get someone ‘local’ in Honiton, mount a second television upstairs in her bedroom, and attempt to connect it to her existing Sky box down in the lounge, but it wasn’t working properly. This is when I asked Mike to please take a look and give me the ‘bad news’. But Mike, who never seems to see problems, only challenges to fix, had it all PROPERLY connected and working in the time it took mum to make him a cup of tea and cut him a slice of cake – Mike does love a slice of cake apparently! Mike was prompt, extremely efficient and didn’t charge the earth, but more importantly, he SECURELY remounted mum’s television on the wall as it wasn’t safe and properly connected it to the Sky box downstairs, leaving mum DELIGHTED, and me very thankful that good old fashioned, HONEST service, still exists – Thank you Mike Cummings, you’re a star!

Really Great Service..! Just moved to a new home and we had virtually no TV signal. Phoned Mike and he was able to visit within four hours and sorted the whole thing out. He fitted a new aerial, signal booster etc etc and made sure that we had an excellent picture before he left. Helpful and professional Mike arrived the day after I called and installed a new tv aerial inside the loft. Not fazed by the lack of cabling he installed a sympathetic cable inside the house down from the loft and out through the external wall. Very tidy and professional I would highly recommend his services.

Good installation Mike quoted £130 to £200 and as it is a bungalow I thought it would be on the lower side but, I live in a valley so needed a High Gain aerial which cost £230 all together plus the Sat dish needed changing and he did this for £100 including dish and LNB which was not too bad so for £330 I have a new pole, high gain aerial and Sat dish. I can now receive all of Freesat and Freeview channels and don’t get frustrated by the dreaded “No signal” sign!I think the price is about average but he spent time and lined everything up properly so I am happy.
